What are my options for sexual harassment training?

Training Kits

The kit is for those who want to do the training themselves. It’s a sexual harassment training for managers or employees ppt presentation to train any number of people at one time. If you need to train a trainer we offer a train the trainer course.

All training kits include both a general prevention of sexual harassment training for managers ppt as well as a general sexual harassment ppt training.

Online Training

Our sexual harassment workplace online training is for those who prefer self-paced training from anywhere or for employers who need to assign employee training courses and monitor exam scores. Online training is eligible for bulk discounts (16+ trainees).

This training is not designed for managers or supervisors. This one is for a regualr employee or operator.

Train the Trainer

The Sexual Harassment Train the Trainer Course is 100% online and meant to certify a single individual to use the training kit to train others. The kit is included with the train the trainer online course for no additional cost and is reusable. Results in a lifetime certification.

This train the trainer is designed for a manager to be trained according to manager standards/resposabilities, and then train other employees with the training kit. The kit includes manager and employee trainings.

Onsite Training

Our Sexual Harassment Onsite Training is for companies looking for training at your location. We come to you (from Rexburg, Idaho). Therefore travel expenses are included, because of this onsite training is best for groups of at least 5-10+ trainees.

What’s in the Sexual Harassment Training Course?

Our Sexual Harassment training course is built to EEOC and other federal regulations. This class discusses several topics such as different types of harassment (including verbal, visual, physical and quid pro quo), recourse, retaliation, and more.

This presentation includes intermittent practice quiz questions to prepare for the final written exam included with the course. In addition to the written exam, this course also includes a checklist for employers to use when administering a practical exam.

Why do I need prevention of sexual harassment training?

The Canadian Human Rights Act and the Canada Labour Code address sexual harassment. They also establish criteria for determining when unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment, define the circumstances under which an employer may be held liable, and suggest affirmative steps employers should take to prevent sexual harassment.

Because of these requirements, employers have a legal and ethical obligation to develop and maintain a workplace that is free from hazards associated with sexual harassment. Employees have the right to work in an atmosphere that promotes the safety and well-being of all.
